Michelle threw me the most incredible baby shower the last Saturday before our departure, May 23rd. It was amazing! She had "It's a boy" hanging from clothes pins, big beautiful lanterns made of tissue paper covered balloons, airplanes made from gum sticks and life savers (thanks Jason!!), lots of beautiful food and even party favors of microwave popcorn bags that said "Thanks for popping by!" No detail was left undone. It was incredible and a memory with friends that I will treasure always.
Our friends generosity never ceases to amaze us. Those that have the least often seem to give the most. I am forever touched and moved by their generosity, love, and kindness. I will never forget the beautiful gifts they sacrificed to give us, nor, and most importantly, the memories we shared with them.
God is so good and generous to give us such fantastic friends that have been our family.
We pray His love and greatest blessings to be upon them.

this really was such a cute shower! michelle did an awesome job. and you are doing an awesome job carrying that cute little boy around. hang in there! almost there! and i'm almost there too - in california! can't wait to see you again. :)

I didn't even know you were expecting. THATS SO EXCITING!! I hope everything goes well and that you enjoy these last days together. Not that a baby isn't great, but we miss that alone time once in a while. hehehe.
